The Story
Jaime Abshier spent nearly a decade and a half inside large engineering firms — Henderson Engineers, FSC, and Introba (formerly Ross & Baruzzini) — leading complex fire protection engineering for military bases, federal prisons, high-rise towers, VA hospitals, and national retail programs. Over 14 years, the portfolio grew, and the work got harder. Jaime kept refining standards and processes for other people's firms until she was ready to make the standard her own.
Abshier Fire exists because great fire protection engineering shouldn't require a large firm behind it. It requires the right engineer on it. That's the model here: one licensed PE and PMP, on every project, start to finish.
The same depth that built prisons, VA hospitals, and high-rise towers for other firms is now available directly — and as the practice grows, it's the foundation for work beyond individual projects: master planning, design standards, and long-term fire protection strategy for owners managing a whole portfolio of buildings.
